INSPIRATION:
Inspired by the color palette I used for my current BSBP partner, Heather Powers. This heart style is similar to my "Rainbow Ruffle Rubbon" hearts except there is only one band of ribbons and I added some transparent aqua to make it more reflective. I really love this bright colors during such a drab time of year.
