Ladies ruffle and lace bloomers with an elastic waist. Pure cotton with a variegated base color of black and dark gray. The celestial print of sun, moon and stars is in gold with brown shading and lots of metallic silver highlights and outlines. Loose blouson fit for comfort and style. These pull on bloomers as well as having an elastic waist have elastic where the ruffle meets the leg.

Machine wash and dry the bloomers with like colors, no bleach and touch up iron if you don't take them out of the dryer and hang up immediately.

Waist and hips measures 50 inches around, this is exact so you will need some room to move, so I suggest a hip measurement of 45 inches or less for best fit.. The waist elastic fits waist 28 to 38 inches, if you need the elastic adjusted contact me. Total length from top of waist to hem is 32.5 inches, this includes 3 inch ruffle and 1.5 inches of black lace. Inseam is 20.5 inches including ruffle and lace. Bloomer is gathered above the ruffle with elastic. Thigh is approximately 29 inches around and ruffle elastic is 13 inches around and will stretch to 18 inches. All seams are professionally finished. Fabric was prewashed before the garment was made up to ensure shrinkage and color loss in future washings will be minimal.
