Two plants are included as ingredients to this yarn: silky, strong Chinese nettles and creamy, soft soy. The nettles have been traditionally used in fibre making for thousands of years; the soy fibre is the recycled remnants of tofu production. The greens and purple come from lime, emerald, forest, and lilac merino, sourced from non-mulesing flocks and coloured with non toxic dyes. It has all been spun together in a thick & thin style, allowing bits of the soy to puff out here and there for plant-like texture.
