My tutus are NOT made of hand tied knots. They are composed of LOTS of layers of completely all sewn 54" soft tulle - Gorgeous Puff! This tutu is sewn on a wide double sided satin ribbon that closes at the back with two clasps. At the waist they are completely sewn and covered by the gorgeous satin ribbon that is finished on both the inside of the skirt as well as the outside so it is super comfy and will not scratch the child and they will enjoy wearing it. As an option you can add a linner for an additional $15.
