Here for sale is a Qarkin room sized rug made in Pakistan by Afghanistan Refugees in the 1980s. Symbolism in the Guls of the Ersari tribe historically of Persian decent. Great bright red color and detail in this rug. Measures a great size of 6' 6" by 8' 10" Boarders are in excellent condition, medium even pile. Features a floral design of poppies on the boarder. Soft wool, heavy duty carpet. These Persian rugs are becoming harder and harder to find with the embargo against Iran. This rug will last you a lifetime, it had never been used, has been in storage for the last 20 years. Just had it cleaned. Please ask any questions you have.
