This item matches my Striped Steampunk Shrug or Collar.
This beautiful piece is constructed with several folds that create that desirable victorian 'puffy' effect without the need for a bustle pad or a crinoline/petticoat. The folds are set with brass toned buttons for a great accent. The waistband closes with brass toned rings, making it adjustable. It looks great with a mini skirt or cheeky shorts / hot pants!
The fabric is a shear striped crushed voile with a discreet silvery line in between cream, brown and black stripes. The waistband is made out of a faux suede fabric with a great touch. Metal buttons holding the folds complete this dashing look. Don't forget to check the listing for the matching shrug!
This style can also be made in cream, black and blue as shown on picture 5.

- Waist: Adjustable - Made to your size. Please send your hip measurement.
- Lenght: 35 1/2 inches - 90 cm.
- Bustle width: At waistband = 15 inches - 38 cm; Bottom = 39 inches - 99 cm.
- Round button measure = 1 inch - 3 cm. Ten metal buttons total.
