I found these 2 tea cups and thought that they would make a perfect Valentine's gift set. The lids have sculpted birds as handles, so I thought I'd paint the birds into ubiquitous winter birds. This particular one is Bullfinch. To compliment the bird I painted a winter berry bush branch. The vibrant red and orange colors stand out strikingly on the milky white bone china.

Dimensions:
Cup: 3 3/4" tall (6" to the tip of the bird) x 3 1/4" diameter


Paint contains no toxic ingredients and conforms to ASTM D-4236. This cup is fired on a high temperature and is therefore fit for daily use.
It is dishwasher-safe, but I can't guarantee the colors remain as vivid as they are now in the long run. So just a bit of hot water and soap will keep this cup in good shape!
