The featured vintage bottle in this listing is a bottle I personally dug from a turn of the century refuse dump near a prominent nineteenth century mansion in southern Ohio. This is a pre-Prohibition era bottle from the late 1800s to early 1900s. It comes from the L. Hoster Brewing Company in Columbus Ohio's German village. The breweries foundations stretch back to 1836 and it later grew to be a formidable regional brewery reaching a capacity of over 300,000 barrels per day. This lamp is constructed from industrial style black iron piping. The vintage bottle is firmly secured by custom rubber gaskets that grasp the bottle without causing damage. A portion of the glass is frosted in order to properly diffuse the light. A low wattage bulb is used to provide warm ambient light and is easy for anyone to change (includes one replacement bulb). Power is supplied by a standard Westinghouse lamp cord with rotary on off switch. The lamp rests on velvet pads and it's compact design makes it easy to display almost anywhere.
Please note that the vintage bottle attached to the lamp is subject to change.
