This lovely, new look vintage wedding dress is amazing. It is in incredible shape for its age and as delicate as they come. With its high neck and distinctive cap sleeves, I guessed it to be a post-WW2 dress, but earlier than '50s. I could be off by a few years, though. It has a metal zipper up the back. This is a two-layer dress; one rayon satin and one tulle.
This dress has a small waist, it is tight on my dress form with its 26" waist. There are just a very few small issues with this dress. First, on the front bodice, there is a very small pop in the lace. If you super duper size the front bodice, you will find it. Second, it needs a professional cleaning. I soaked this dress, and have done all I can to clean it. There are still yellow tints in the fabric and I think it would be best to clean it professionally rather than try and clean it yourself.
