It can be tie at the neck or stay open and will still keep your little ones ears warm.
It was made with soft, high quality, 100% cotton so for best results should be hand washed.
Size 0-6 months will measure 5 inches from top to bottom and will fit heads 14 to 15 1/2 inches
Size 6-12 months will measure 6 inches from top to bottom and will fit a head 15 - 17 1/2 inches
