My jewelry is very much inspired by fairytales – or at least looks like it could have emerged from one. Once in a while I like to create something which refers directly to a specific fairytale and this is an homage to the Little Mermaid writen by the Danish author Hans Christian Andersen in 1836.
It was a lengthy process getting there, none the least the work that lies behind the development of the design, and I have written a blog article on how a lovely, facet cut aquamarine turned into a truly marvelous piece of jewelry.
