I used highest quality taffeta for the purse as well as the lining. The charming silver, lattice designed purse frame with a handle, seemed perfect for this piece.
I stitched in delicate lace to edge and beaded with pearl seed beads next to the lace as well as a few on the watercolor painting. The size is 9" wide and 9" deep. The fabric is a rich ecru/ ivory color.
This charming, elegant, very lovely purse would be perfect for a wedding, a spring dance, a special Easter outfit or anytime something original, one-of-a-kind and handmade is desired.
The bouquet is freeform as I said, not copied from anything, completely original. I even signed it!
