I have always loved and collected eclectic items. When collecting them through my life, it is no wonder that these items - bought 30 years apart - come together as a matching set.
How lucky is that?
The Tea Pot is 6.5" high and 5" diameter, the lid fits securely. Aster flowers and Chinese characters surround the pot on a gloss turquoise glaze background. The texture is a raised and embossed decoration, I don't know how this is done. It is magical to me.
The rice bowl with matching spoon was my first acquisition more than 35 years ago. The glaze description of the Tea Pot above matches these two items, too. First the Asian aesthetics attracted me to the shop, then this marvelous turquoise glaze, took my breadth away.
These three items must be sold together. The Tea Pot lid makes for 4 pieces.

All items in this set are in like new condition, no chips, no scratches, they had always been displayed behind glass.
These will be packed carefully and double boxed. the inner box will be 3/4" foam box - all 6 sides. Then this box will be placed in a cardboard box. I am known for over packing, but in this case it will be a welcome precaution.
Shipping will be by Priority Mail, the faster it gets to you the safer the porcelain will be.
