The 1" sterling silver rectangle is hand stamped "Disney Princess", but it can be personalized for other Disney races. It's accompanied by a Swarovski pearl or birthstone, in your choice of colors, and a 1/2" sterling silver disc, which will be hand stamped with the numbers or initial of your choice.
During checkout, please use the "note to seller" box to tell me the following:
1. The numbers or initial you want stamped on the small disc
2. The color pearl or birthstone month you would like (see charts)
3. Your chain choice (see below)
