You can use many different contrasting fabrics to create a gorgeous skirt for all occasions!
This listing is for a PDF pattern and NOT the finished skirt.
-You will require basic sewing tools and 1/2 - 1 yard of main fabric, a small amount (eg. a fat quarter) of fabric for the pleats, elastic, two buttons, contrasting thread.
-This pattern includes a step by step tutorial with detailed instructions, photographs and measurements for girls' sizes 1-7.
-This project does not require a serger (overlocker)
-The pattern is emailed to the purchaser in a PDF format, which is easily printed. A PDF reader program such as Adobe will be required to open the file.
-The pattern will be sent to the purchaser using the email address they have provided on their Etsy account.

-In home seamstresses may sell this design in small quantities, but NO mass production.
