Chinese Handscroll in Original Box "A City of Cathay" Wood, Ink and Silk.This is a remarkable reproduction of the most famous scroll in China. It appears to have been done in the mid-1960s. It is a handscroll over 10 feet long of China's notable painting " A City of Cathay" done in the mid 18th century. It is in mint condition. It would be an interesting addition to your asian decor. It is very well made with exotic wood, silk, and ink. The colors are vibrant. The Box is 5 1/4" x 2" x 1 5/8 deep. This is an unusual piece. Check comparables!
