The hat is made of sturdy material. Lined to be soft and covered with black and white houndstooth fabric. Outline is lined in black trim. Bottom is embellished with 2 beautiful hat pins (which are removable) satin, a flower, and red/black feathers.

The bottom has two hair clips and 1/8" elastic to go under the neck to hold it securely, please let me know if you would like something different.
This is the smaller of my hats measuring 5.5" height x 4" base.
