A Thaumatrope is a two sided disk, usually made of paper, with one part of an image on one side, the other on the reverse. When spun, the two images combine. They were very popular in the Victorian era.

An acrobat is shown on one side and a horse on the other. When spun, the acrobat appears to be balancing on the horse. No mean feat!

The chain is long so you can even do this whilst wearing it. An excellent distraction in a boring class or office!

☂ Whilst this necklace is waterproof to a certain extent, please do not wear it in the shower, expose it to condensation or submerge it in water!

☞ Please note that the materials used to make the pendant are vintage stock and as such you may find some slight imperfections in the surface of the resin and some unevenness to the metal frame.

☞ This piece is quite light weight and delicate. Please take care whilst wearing it.
