This talisman necklace is constructed using vintage salvage pieces that include an old call button that has been set into an open bezel made from vintage metal parts that have aged with a rusty urban decay feeling . Around the open bezel is a portion of old chain with metal disks. Dangling from the bezel are three chain and charm dangles that include vintage chain, old jewelry finding, an old glass bead and a drilled stone bead. The necklace part of this piece features beaded stone, jasper, glass, lampwork, metal, horn and lava beads along with a section of vintage chain.
This necklace closes with a handmade hook type clasp.
There is a heavy oxidized finish in addition to pieces that have naturally rusted and acquired patina. All elements of this necklace have been sealed with a jewelry grade wax resin mixture to seal and protect the patina.
Necklace measures 23 1/2" long from end to end and this measurement does not include the bezel focal piece. The talisman focal piece measures 6" long from top of bezel to bottom of the longest dangle.
