A truly unique instrument, functions as a cane and a Concert Ukulele at the same time. Very light yet strong enough for support, the sound is not as full as a full-bodied instrument yet very sweet and clear. This is a fully acoustic Concert Ukulele, not a solid stick. The body is hollow. The crook-cane handle is cross laminated for directional grain strength.
This is the Ukulele Tom Hanks SHOULD have had on Joe Versus the Volcano! Plus it doesn't count as baggage for air travel, as it is a support device.
Gig bag/cane cover now available! It covers the more delicate bits of the instrument, leaving the cane parts out for use. Great for flying or bad weather! Made locally by Etsy member SophiaWorksf8.

This recording was made with an inexpensive computer mic and a different Cane Ukulele ( a mahogany model, same shape and size), and I am not much of a player, but you get an idea of the sound.
Custom orders usually ship in 1-2 weeks, depending on my workload.
