I wear this dress to the grocery store, but most people seem to think its wedding worthy, so why not be the vivacious and daring bride and show your sassy-sweet side in this subtly revealing dress and detachable skirt? Of course I am happy to make the ensemble in any color you like, as well as any length and size.
The dress is completely lined in silk-cotton (55% silk, 45% cotton) for luxurious breath-ability and comfort. The dress itself has a lace overlay bodice in very nice Alencon lace that is imported from France and costs almost $200 a yard (as in very high quality, breath-taking fabulousness). It has a lightly gathered mini skirt also in silk cotton. Then, as a separate piece, there a a skirt of double layered fine bridal mesh tulle and one tightly gathered layer of light 6mm silk chiffon. The waist band is made of 100% silk crepe and has just a hint of stretch to it. I hope you noticed that this longer skirt is sheer enough that you can see the skirt of the dress in silk cotton beneath :)
