Seriously, do a search on “bacon scarf” and look at the other bacon scarves out there. They use a paltry two colors, and they don’t look as realistic as this! Also, those scarves didn’t take hours to make by hand! This literally took me hours. I am so proud of it!
The merino wool is 21.5 micron, quite luxurious and wonderful to wear next to the skin. I was going for a flexible, soft scarf, so this is not the scarf you want to wear to keep you from freezing. It’s more of a fall and spring scarf, but two out of four seasons means more opportunities to wear this than just the winter!
This scarf comes from a household with cats, although the cats were not permitted to wear the scarf. If you absolutely have to wash this scarf, use cold, soapy water. Lay it flat on a towel to air dry.
