i luv, luv, luv this ring!!... went to Tucson and bought just an oodle of Magdalena mine Mexican opals and I have been having the best time making decadent things with them. These jelly opals have a gold opal vein with stunning green and orange fire. You(and me) will never get tired of rolling this ring around to admire the opal fire play in these stones. Now to the mounting: did I mention I was having fun? Well, the zig-zag pattern of the silver bubbles really works to enhance the ring in my opinion, and I made the general outline of the ring base a symphony of curves. The band is a generous width to hold this darling ring on your digit and adjustable to boot. I left one side unsoldered for a bit of ease in wearing a large cocktail ring like this. I have included the dimensions and particulars of size below,
Dimensions:
ring top vertical length is 2"(52.23mm)
ring top width is .75"(21.34mm)
band width is 8.21mm(1/3")
the opals are 15x12mm,13x12mm, 10mm round on the smallest stone
ring size 7.25 actual, will fit smaller due to width of band. You have a half size up of measurement in the band since it is adjustable
