This is in absolutely top notch condition, with the rubber stopper in the bottom so it could be used as a real piggy bank. This would be the erfect baby gift for that vintage lovin' moma!
I think this is chalkware. Lots of lumps and drips in the finish but, nicks, racks, or dings on this classic piece.
