Delicate and elegant, this stole (or wide scarf) looks complicated but is made of fairly basic stitches. Bobbles and a scalloped edge design add extra interest. (Suggested for intermediate knitters, or advanced beginners!) Finished piece will measure approximately 14.5" x 54" after blocking.
Skills needed:
-Cast on
-Knit and purl
-Yarn over (yo)
-Decreases (k2tog, k3tog, ssk, etc.)
-Slipping stitches
-Bind off
Materials needed:
-2 Skeins Ultra Alpaca by Berroco, or any worsted weight yarn
-1 pair US 9 (5.5 mm) straight needles
-Tapestry needle (for weaving in ends)
-5 stitch markers
