This is a set because it is two pieces. You can use just the hat, just the cover or button the two together for a one piece.
Comes in green and in newborn- 3 months size (13-15 inches for the hat , cover is approx 11 by 7 inches) ***I can make this in other colors upon reqest... A pink turtle, baby blue???? Whatever you like.
