I take Belgian chocolate and temper it. Once the chocolate has reached the proper temperature I hand pour the chocolate into lamb shaped molds and add the sticks. Then the lambs are chilled.
After the chocolate has chilled and set, I wrap each individual lamb in a food safe plastic bag and seal it with a twist tie.
This listing is for twelve (12) chocolate lamb lollipops. Each lamb weighs approximately three (3) ounces. Select your choice of chocolate flavors upon checkout: Dark, Milk or White.
Please Note: Although I make every attempt to make my products the same every time, due to variations in the chocolate, other ingredients, temperature and candy making process, your order may not look exactly as pictured.
