Both toppers stand approximately 3 inches tall and is 2.5 inches in diameter. They are sealed with non toxic, non yellowing sealer. Dolls are NOT attached to the base. You can position them however you want. If you would like them attached, please let me knot at the time of the order.
The base is 4 1/2 inches across and stand about 5 1/4" tall from base to top of the banner poles.
