My inspiration for this piece was our Estymetal team challenge for the month of March. The birthstone is aquamarine, the sun sign Pisces, and most important-World Water Day, which is held on the 22nd.
The United Nations established this day to help bring awareness on the lack of freshwater around the world. For more information you may find it here: http://www.wateraidamerica.org/get_involved/world_water_day/default.aspx?gclid=CLyzgJ-Wsq4CFQGd7QodZmseQg
