These sweet little birdies are chirping for spring. It measures approximately 1.75 inches wide and between 21.5 inches around with a covered elastic portion to include adjustable sizing. It is lined with a lightweight interfacing to help keep its shape. Machine wash on gentle and line dry. Iron if desired.
