Agate is a great stone for helping you work with the sacral and root chakras. It vibrates the energy of healing on an emotional and spiritual level and is a wonderful tool for helping heal things that are embedded deeply. It is also a great stone for balancing one and connecting them to the earth.
I like the energy of this stone. It has a very deliberate vibration to it, I can feel my second chakra activate when I hold on to it. More then other jasper pieces I think this stone will help with working on the second chakra. I know that many healers need work in that area, so if you are in the healing profession, then maybe this is the stone for you.

Agate is a variety of chalcedony. All agates have similar qualities and specific agates have additional properties. Agate balances the yin and yang energies. It also helps to balance the physical, emotional and intellectual bodies with etheric energies.
Agate is a stabilizer to the aura, helping to remove negative energies and cleansing dysfunctional energies by transforming those negative energies into positive.
Agate is used to inspire a connectedness to the spirit realm. Agate can bring hidden information into light. It has a soothing and calming effect that has a slow but steady energy to it.
Aside from being a balancing stone agate also acts as a shield to ones aura, promoting faithfulness in relationships, balancing sexual energy and promoting ones natural talents

★ Metaphysical Healing Properties of Carnelian Agate

As all agate stones have similar properties, I am sharing the general agate article and the carnelian agate article below it. Both of these articles I have written apply to this stone.
Carnelian is associated with the sacral or navel chakra, it is also sometimes associated with the Root and solar plexus chakra as well but it most commonly associated with the sacral or second chakra.
Carnelian is great at reducing fevers and drawing them out through your feet. It is also good at connecting people that are very spiritual to the earth and helping them to enjoy life on the earthy plane we live on.
Carnelian is an agate class of chalcedony that is a stone of creativity, individuality and courage. Like all agate stones it is very protective. It will protect one from psychic attack and if used in a crystal grid it will deflect the negativity from the structure (house, office etc.) where the crystal grid is placed.
Carnelian is an excellent stone to use to cleanse other stones. It is also wonderful at helping to eliminate and reduce anger and provide the wearer of a calmer more serene place in ones mind, body, and soul.
On a physical level, Carnelian is used to heal lower back problems, arthritis, female reproductive problems, increases fertility, and activates the lower chakras. It is a stone that should be in all healers kit's as it is very useful and powerful when activated.
Carnelian is a great grounding stone and helping one to be more present in their life. This, of course, can make it much easier to help you find direction within your life. Carnelian helps you to feel in control of life.
Carnelian is also associated with the astrological sign of Leo.

All of our sizes are marked in approximate. It is impossible for us to be 100% perfect 100% of the time. (We are working on the perfect part though ;-) ) if you need the exact size, we will be more then happy to remeasure any of the stones for you, just contact us and let us know which stone you want us to re-measure!
Also note that in the pictures the stones are usually larger then real life, so please look at the measurements to know what the actual size is. Often we to photograph a US quarter with the stones, in most pictures you will see one or part of one to compare with the size of the stone. We like to take close ups so you can see them as easily as possible and we have a professional studio so the pictures are typically clear & slightly larger then actual size pictures, just please note the sizes before purchasing so there is no confusion.
