According to NASA, it depicts the outpouring of radiation from the central star cluster NGC 346. The young stars are located 210,000 light-years away in the Small Magellanic Cloud.
It measures approximately 21 by 21 inches, or 53 by 53 cm. Perfect for tying around your neck, hair, or bag.
