This listing is for the full deposit of the custom painting plus shipping.
Write in the message to seller:
**An address or landmark to center the painting.
**Boundaries or areas you want to make sure are included.
(Please be specific with address or zip codes so I can locate on Google maps.)
**Colors; Default is the vintage sepia tone; Specify if you want blue for the water and green for the parks. Charcoal gray and blueprint indigo color options. You can pick any colors you wish!
**Custom requests, place a heart at a location, add a special message written on the painting, add a special date like wedding or anniversary, or birthday.
**Size is 5x7" painted image with approx. 1" white border to fit standard 5x7" mats; If you wish the paper can be cut down to fit a 5x7" frame. Paper is 140lb watercolor paper (hot and cold press available).
**Deadlines! Need the painting by a certain date? Want to send the painting as a gift to a different address? Just let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.
Turn around time is 5-7 days (minus shipping times which vary with location). I will send you a message if my schedule is booked up or delayed. Once completed I will send you a picture of the finished painting for your review and if there are any adjustments I can make before shipping. (Only minor alterations can be accomplished with watercolors, such as darkening or lightening the colors. Any issues with scale or layout cannot be altered and is nonrefundable. If I don't hear back from you in 24 hrs I will assume the painting is fine and will ship as is.)
