Here's a gorgeous handmade Tea Pot from talented Philadelphia-based Potter Sandi Pierantozzi. This is UNUSED, in excellent condition. This vessel is completely hand-formed, not cast, with really wonderful construction & details. And what colors! The Tea Pot has graceful lines & a removable lid...the hand-thrown Handle & the finial on the Lid protect you from the heat while handling the pot! The lid is 3 inches across & nests cleanly into the top of the Tea Pot. With the lid in place, the Tea Pot measures 7 & 1/2 inches tall, about 9 inches across from spout tip to outer edge of handle. The designer had a great eye, using classic, graceful forms to create great balance & simple elegance. Sandi Pierantozzi's handmade pottery sells for HUNDREDS of dollars...it's easy to see why...hand carved textures, inspired color choices, & careful glazing create a wonderful accessory that's as useful as it is decorative!
THIS IS NOT MEANT TO BE PUT ON THE STOVE TO HEAT UP! Simply fill with boiling water to steep your tea,
