When I hold onto this particular black tourmaline crystal, I feel the feet chakras open up as if I am being anchored into the earth.
★ Palm Stones, worry stones, touch stones, are great stones to keep in your pocket to touch and come in contact with, throughout the day. They are also nice for using in healing sessions. Since they are larger than most tumbled pieces they make wonderful stones for lying on your body while doing Reiki or other types of energy healing.
I personally like to hold the stone in my hand with my thumb and other fingers and rub it to warm it up. Once it is warmed up, I will do various things with it such as meditate, keep it in my pocket and enjoy its energy for that day, or put it somewhere in my environment that it will come in contact with my aura throughout the day, like my desk.
I love carrying around stones (palm stones are perfect for this) with me during my day, or having them sit here while I write and work. Just keeping certain crystals or gemstones in your environment will awaken the energy that resides in the crystals and gemstones allowing it to radiate around you. Palm stones are a nice way to have a gemstone with me throughout the day, not to small and not too big, just perfect for the palm of your hand!

Spheres have been used to purify and fill the gaps in the auric field. Small spheres can be used in healing sessions or in ones healing practice. You can place a small sphere on the body or over the chakras to balance. You can also carry a small sphere with you for balance. Some people use larger spheres, for scrying, or you can place it in a room to radiate its energy in the room. Black Tourmaline also known as schorl or aphrizite is connected with the element of earth and root chakra.
Black Tourmaline is an ideal stone for anyone that is working with crystals themselves, someone living in a challenging environment or one that comes ungrounded easily or often. I love to have something tourmaline either worn as jewelry or a piece in my pocket while I am working with my crystals and writing about them because all of the different but subtle energies of the crystals can make me become off balance. Black Tourmaline avoids that from happening to me. I also give this to my children when they go o school to help them stay focused and grounded while in school. A nice little tumbled piece is perfect to stick in their pocket or in their bag.
Black Tourmaline is known to purify negative energy and turn it into positive energy we can use. All of our sizes are marked in approximate. It is impossible for us to be 100% perfect 100% of the time. (We are working on the perfect part though ;-) ) if you need the exact size, we will be more then happy to remeasure any of the stones for you, just contact us and let us know which stone you want us to re-measure!
Also note that in the pictures the stones are usually larger then real life, so please look at the measurements to know what the actual size is. Often we to photograph a US quarter with the stones, in most pictures you will see one or part of one to compare with the size of the stone. We like to take close ups so you can see them as easily as possible and we have a professional studio so the pictures are typically clear & slightly larger then actual size pictures, just please note the sizes before purchasing so there is no confusion.
