This family of vintage European canning jars was rescued from a local auction. They are very sturdy, and quite heavy. They are in good vintage condition, and the wire bails fit snugly. The rubber insert gaskets are in good shape on the larger two jars, but the rubber gasket on the smallest jar is cracking. These gaskets should be easy to replace.
The largest jar is unmarked except for "3L" and the # 15 on the base.
The medium sized jar is marked "arc" and has the symbol of an archer and the word "France" on the lid of the jar. The bottom is marked "1,5L" and #6.
The smallest jar is marked with a symbol and the words "I VETRI DI FIDENZA" surrounded by the words "ONLY GLASS PER ALIMENTI ITALY" on the lid of the jar. The base of the jar is marked "3/4."
I will combine shipping on multiple jar purchases!
These jars are ready to add a little international flair to your country or primitive decor.
