Normal turn around is 3-6 weeks, but can be take as long as 14 weeks depending on the number of orders ahead of yours in the queue, and the complexity if the item that you have ordered.
That time frame does NOT include shipping time to your location, so please be aware if you are outside of the US it will take longer to arrive.
