This lovely primitive boquet of 5 pastel pink tulips are a delicate prelude to the coming spring! Made of fabric and stuffed, the tulip heads were then painted with a grunged up paint mixture. Dowel rods were painted a foiliage green and inserted into the tulip heads. The 5 stems were then placed in a pint-sized mason jar. A raffia bow was tied around the "vase" and a button was attached for a finishing touch.
Each flower/stem measures between 10" and 12" tall. The fabric portion is approximately 2-3/4" tall by 2-3/4" wide and about 1" thick. This boquet was created with love by me in my smoke-free home and is a Monday's Child original. (Doily not included).
