Each plantable lock and key is embedded with a carefully selected mix of annual and perennial flower seeds. Used as place cards, they make a charming wedding addition that keeps on giving. Daisies, poppies, snapdragons, marigolds, zinnia, cosmos and other pretty garden flowers await guests who plant the seed paper place card. They are also affordable and earth-friendly. Each is made from recycled junk mail and used office paper that will naturally decompose as the plants grow. Just place under a thin layer of soil and keep wet to grow.

Seeds are fresh and hand-gathered for planting in 2013. Seeds included in the paper are listed in the materials section below. They are a mix of annuals, for first year color, and perennials for blooms in the years to follow.

Yes, you may order just the locks or just the keys. Locks are $1.50 each and keys are $1 each. For orders of 200 or more locks and/or keys, locks are $1 each and keys are 86 cents ea.
............. TAGS ..............
Printed save the date or bride & groom cards (with couple's names and wedding date) or other types of cards that are all printed with the same text are 46 cents each. Planting instructions are printed on the backs of the tags. Tags all come printed with the same border or text. You can choose blank tags to hand write in guest names for seating cards. Printed seating cards with individual guests names/table numbers are 64 cents each. Assembly of cards to tie tags, locks and/or keys together is 80 cents each. We can put together a custom PDF for you to print cards on your own to go with the locks and keys. Custom PDFs start at $14.

Envelopes for the save the date lock and key announcements can be added to your order for 40 cents each. They are heavyweight cream/ivory. We also have clear, resealable bags for 24 cents each. If you'd like to add these to your order, please contact us.
............. SHIPPING ................
All paper is made-to-order to preserve freshness. The current wait time after most orders are placed is about 1-2 weeks before an order ships. If you need your order sooner than this, please contact me first to see about availability of a rush order. There is a $28 rush order charge that is necessary for faster delivery.
Wherever possible, I time the production and shipment of orders to arrive about 2-3 weeks before the event they are needed for to ensure they arrive with plenty of time to assemble, and are also maximum freshness. If you'd like to receive your order at a particular time, please let me know when you would like to receive it so I can schedule its production and shipment accordingly.
Yes, we do ship Internationally! International shipments valued over $100 must go by delivery service with tracking. Shipping prices listed below are estimates for orders of $100 or more.
