This invitation is designed as a 5” x 7” portrait (more tall than wide) arrangement. (can be made as a 4x6 upon request)

You will receive this invitation electronically in two digital formats:
~ digital picture .jpg (JPEG) file in high resolution
~ PDF file with two invitations on an 8.5"x11" page
(adjustments can be made from imperial to metric sizes and papers)
The JPEG file is handy for publishing or sending the invitation electronically (email, blog posting, etc.). The digital JPEG file also allows you to print the invitation using an on-line service (such as MPIX or Zazzle) or a store photo lab but can also be used to print on paper/cardstock at home or at a print shop.
The PDF file allows you to easily print the invitations on your home/office printer (just be aware they can be heavy on ink usage). The PDF file can also be printed and then duplicated using a laser copier or take the file to a printing service like Kinko’s, Staples, etc. for printing.

How to order and receive your customized digital file:
{1} purchase the listing
{2} in the Message to Seller section indicate the details of your Customization and the email address to which your files should be sent. If no address is given I will use the email associated with your Etsy account.
{3} you will receive a confirmation Convo via the Etsy Conversations feature to:
a. confirm receipt of your order
b. verify the email address you have provided for delivery of the order
c. verify Customization details
{4} wait patiently (a day or less, Monday - Friday) as I create a proof sample of your invitation
{5} once you receive your Proof, look it over carefully to ensure there are no errors (it’s also a fantastic idea to print the Proof to be sure the printed colors are acceptable)
{6} we’ll work together until you’re satisfied with your Proof
{7} once completed, the final high quality files will be sent to the email you have provided
{8} print as many as you like in any manner that you like. Invitations can be made to mail, email or embellish them further and hand deliver….you’ll have everything you need to send your invites in a variety of ways
{9} celebrate!

IMPORTANT COLOR NOTE: the colors that display on your computer screen are not an exact representation of the actual color of the physical printed item as screens "glow" and paper does not :-) Additionally, different types of printers will print colors differently.
If it is particularly important that the color(s) on your order match a particular color theme for your event please check the color prior to purchase....I'm happy to send low-resolution watermarked samples upon request that you can print in the manner you intend to print your files or I can send digital color swatches that you can print to select a suitable color.
