They are handprinted with antique type and ornaments on steel gray paper with silver ink. There's a light varnish-like tint behind the silver to make the frame pop. Each card folds at the top and measures 3.5x5". Come with light gray envelopes in a clear box.

Starshaped Press is an old school letterpress shop, meaning that we focus on the craft of good design and great typography. We work strictly with antique wood and metal typefaces for printing, as well as hand carved linoleum cuts, meaning that there is NOT a heavy deboss in the paper, like modern letterpress work. Instead, we endeavor to showcase all of the flaws, inconsistencies and inherent charm of materials that printed for 50 to 100 years before we came along, and, if we do our job correctly, will continue to print when we're long gone.
