The rice paper is as one with the backing paper for a chine colle type finish. (Although chine colle is glued and printed at the same time, and this was done in two steps.) I then attached that to black mat board with archival glue, sealed it ,and attached a cardboard easel backing so it can stand on its own.
Finished size, including black mat board: 4 inches wide by 3 1/2 inches high (10.2 cm x 8.9 cm); size of print on tea-stained paper only is the same as an ACEO (2 1/2" high by 3 1/2" wide).
All layers are sealed with a matte acrylic finish. Wipe surface with a damp cloth to clean.
Cardboard easel backing allows for display in any small space, no framing necessary. It will ship with the easel folded flat and may be inserted that way into a frame if you prefer.
