1980s BLACK steel tipped harness boots 9

a totally amazing pair of 1980s era boots, super soft leather with steel tipped fronts. a buckled strap goes around the ankles and under the boot, it is removable if you want to wear them plain instead. they have silver rectangle beaded detail across the front and back of the boots, I love the short stacked heels. the brand name is "Paula Felicce." women's size 9 B. in excellent amazing condition.
