Double Calendula Original Vegan Body Butter is a silky-smooth treat for your skin, with in-house infused Calendula Olive Oil, Organic CO2 extracted Calendula essential oil and others for a gently scented delight.
[uses]
~a small amount is nice on babies & kids
~dry skin, irritated patches
~wonderful pregnant Mama skin nourishment (feed the skin so it grows as you do, instead of pulling apart and stretching).
~massage therapists will like the glide and extra nourishing benefits for their clients and themselves!
~it smells subtle and herbaceous and feels great. Perfect to use after your end-of-the-day shower, instead of lotion when the skin is towel dry.
[nourishing base]
OVBB is a rich water-less cream of nourishing Shea and Mango butters, with smoothing, hydrating Olive and Sesame Oils. OVBB is soft and melts at body temperature, absorbing quickly into the skin. A little goes a long way, so please start with a small amount and rub in well. I don’t use any filler-ingredients or water and I don’t whip air into my butters.
[warm weather warning]
this butter has no beeswax and has a lower melting point than my other butters and balms. If you live in a warm climate (temperatures above 85F), you might consider leaving this butter in the fridge when not in use. OVBB will also liquefy if left in a hot car. If it does turn into liquid, just place in the fridge for several hours and it will be ok. I use colored glass & plastic to help protect the products from sun exposure.
