This listing is for (1) Pink Salmon Fish Leather with a raised texture and small scales. This is a thick skin, so would be better suited for hand stitching vs. sewing machine. This is so pretty and fun! Your leather will be around 18” x 3.5” across. Each skin is unique in its size, color and texture. There is no foul odor or fishy smells from these skins!! They are similar to cow hides in that they have the “leather smell”. These skins are extremely strong and durable too! And, when you get to feel these yummy textures of suede and clear glazed leathers, you will want to make something amazing out of them!
I'm sure some of you have noticed the trend in using Fish Skin's this season. In fact, famous designers such as Calvin Klein, JIMMY CHOO, Salvatore FERRAGAMO, GUCCI, NIKE, DIOR, PRADA, PUMA, and DONNA KAREN are using fish skins in their high end products! This is a very exciting time to craft with this type of leather. We've really tried our hardest to make the leathers inexpensive enough that you can afford to at least try a few in your next art project.
