These are hand cut and folded with designer card stock, topped with a sequin, and put on a lollipop stick. They do not spin, as they are attached to a stick for decoration only.
You'll receive 12 cupcake toppers/party sticks (one of each design).
The pinwheels measure 2 1/2 inches in diameter.
*Note: the placement of the designs on the pinwheels you receive may vary ever so slightly from the ones pictured, but promise to be just as cute.
