We have book slings all over our house! They are so great to store away reading material creatively and efficiently. This sling is very gender neutral and would work great for a boys room girls room or shared space. It could also be great for a school aged child's room to hang over their desk to hold folders and homework. The last picture shows a mini book sling I made for my craft room to hold patterns and craft books. It is not included in this liating.

This book sling is 46" long and 6 1/2" tall. It is the largest of my book slings made to perfectly fit a 48" dowel rod.

**Please note the hard ware in NOT included in this listing. You will need 2 double curtain rod brackets. I got mine at Lowe's for $4.97 each. You will also need 2 dowel rods. Mine are 1" rods a great size for the larger sling so that it will be sure not to bow over time.
