These walking staffs are made of "striped maple", a hard white wood found in the Adirondack mountains. They are hand stripped, smoothed, and finished for years of hiking pleasure. A compass is imbedded in the top of the walking staff and 3 of the staffs have rubber caps on the bottom for that extra comfort when crossing rocky terrain. There are a total of 6 walking staffs, all 50 inches to 51 inches in height. The leather strap can be used for hanging/storage, and keeps the staff close at hand when in the woods. Each staff has the Mountain Man emblem emblazoned on the handle.
