For orders sent within Australia, shipping is FREE for regular postage on orders with the weight total of up to 3kg.
We also can use Registered Post at the customers request and cost. All orders over 3kg are also delivered through Registered Post at the customers cost. This means each parcel received must be signed for upon delivery and enables us to track the parcels progress. This helps to ensure that the package will arrive safely at it's destination.
Generally Australia Post takes 1-5 business days to deliver depending on Australia Post schedules. International post can take from 10-14 business days depending on the country it is being sent to, and the custom processes it may have to endure on it's journey.
Returns:
Yes Sweetheart doesn't accept returns/refunds from our online store, unless their is a fault in the item upon it's arrival. Please choose your product carefully.
In the event of a faulty item, Yes Sweetheart must be contacted within 2 days of it receiving it to arrange for it's replacement or refund.
