Red Monster tissue paper pompom kit, inspired by "Elmo" from Sesame Street

An original decoration for a baby shower or birthday party! When fully opened, this pompom is 20" wide. Because this item cannot be shipped fully assembled, it is shipped as a "kit", with simple instructions on how to "fluff" up the pompom and add the hand-cut facial features (made by me), as well as clear line for hanging.

Photo 2 of this listing shows how the pom can also be used as a centerpiece!
